We’re looking for a seasoned Fractional CFO & Financial Automation Specialist to streamline and professionalize our finance function. This is a long-term role (~10 hrs/week) involving initial cleanup and setup followed by ongoing automation support.
Responsibilities: Own and optimize QuickBooks Online, manage GL and transactions, perform monthly reconciliations, oversee balance sheets & P&L, and manage A/R & A/P tasks.
Requirements: Expertise in QuickBooks Online, experience in building financial systems, understanding of SaaS revenue and subscriptions, and strong communication skills.
