As a GTM Engineer, you will rebuild and optimize the company’s GTM engine, focusing on lead sourcing, enrichment, and scalable pipeline generation to drive high-volume Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
You will own HubSpot operations end-to-end, including data cleanup, lifecycle stage design, lead scoring, and deal pipeline architecture.
Your role will also involve designing automated workflows to identify and scrape high-intent leads, as well as enhancing outbound efficiency through process redesign and continuous improvement.
