Kairos AI Solutions is seeking a Virtual Assistant & Marketing Automation Specialist to support operations and client projects by building and managing workflows and automations. This role requires the ability to optimize GoHighLevel systems and n8n integrations to enhance internal processes and client campaigns.
Responsibilities: Manage automations in GoHighLevel, setup n8n workflows, run Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads, monitor campaign performance, and assist with content management and administrative tasks.
Requirements: Minimum 3+ years as a Virtual Assistant or Automation Specialist, experience with GoHighLevel and n8n, strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills.
