Set Up VICIdial or GOautodial Cold Calling System

We’re looking for an experienced freelancer to fully set up a cold calling system using VICIdial or GOautodial. The system should be clean and ready to start cold calling, integrated with a SIP trunk for outbound calls, and configured with auto/power dialing. It must also track, record, and log all calls while being accessible via API & webhooks.
Requirements: Full installation of VICIdial or GOautodial on a VPS, setup of users, campaigns, lists, integration with a VoIP provider (e.g., Twilio), and call analytics setup. Ensure security, stability, and documentation for future scaling.
Bonus: Experience with CRM integrations and multi-agent scaling.
