We are seeking a tech-savvy automation expert to streamline operations and connect our systems using tools like Zapier, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Airtable, Skool, and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage automated workflows using Zapier or Make.com.
Integrate CRMs, payment systems, forms, and communication tools.
Set up webhooks, conditional logic, and custom triggers.
Troubleshoot errors and optimize flows.
Document systems and support team with training.
Requirements:
2+ years in automation or integration roles.
Proficient in Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and CRMs.
Familiar with GoHighLevel, Stripe, Airtable, Skool, and Google Workspace.
Bonus: Scripting knowledge (JavaScript or similar).
This is a remote position available on a part-time or project basis, presenting long-term growth opportunities with a fast-moving team.
