We are developing an innovative AI-driven custom CRM focused on acquiring commercial real estate. We're seeking a full-time Technical Data Architect to design robust systems that handle complex data sets. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Operations and Product to shape and enhance systems, providing meaningful ownership of projects and ensuring analytical quality.
Responsibilities:
- Expand data collection and standardize incoming data.
- Develop systems for cross-referencing public records and detecting seller motivation indicators.
- Extract owner intelligence data and support workflows for contextual owner outreach.
- Ensure completeness of property records prior to analysis.
- Contribute to AI systems design and collaborate on automation tasks.
Requirements: Familiarity with web scraping tools, programming languages like JavaScript and Python, database management, and n8n for workflow automation is advantageous. Ideal candidates will thrive in ambiguity and have a knack for transforming messy data into organized systems.
